The crew at Del Mar Blue Print are a close-knit group that works well as a team and cares about the work and the customers.

Michael Kraus, CEO
Mike Kraus joined Del Mar Blue Print Company in 1990 and has more than 28 years of experience in the Reprographic and Offset / Digital Printing industry. In 2005, Mike purchased Del Mar Blue Print Company and thus began his role as President and CEO of the company. Mike received a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, San Marcos. In his personal time you can find Mike out on the golf course or at the gym. He is also a long time Padres and Chargers fan. He is still waiting on that championship.

Throughout his tenure at Del Mar Blue Print, Mike has maintained a strong commitment to utilize the most up to date technologies in the industry to service his clients quickly and efficiently. He has a strong belief that his employees are the most important asset in the company and thus as a team they collectively developed their core mission statement and established their three tiered foundation for success:

Lisa Watt, Accounting Manager
Lisa is responsible for the paperwork at Del Mar Blue. Everything from accounting and payroll to personnel and vendor pricing all go across her desk. She is your go to source if you ever have a question about our billing. When she isn’t at Del Mar Blue you can find her deep in a good book, behind her camera, or researching some obscure nerdy thing at the library.

Mary Deans, Billing Specialist
Mary has worn various hats at Del Mar Blue since March 2006 beginning as a delivery driver, then copy center specialist, reprographics specialist, and reprographics manager. She loves a good puzzle whether in a book or finding solutions for customers. Among other things, she enjoys the entertainment of her large extended family, gardening and remodeling projects.

Mike Yee, Production Manager
Mike has been in the reprographics industry since 2004. He has worked and gained his experiences from private companies to a big corporation. He enjoys working in a fast pace environment that produces high quality work.

Jason Kraus, Copy Center Specialist
He has over 21 years of sales experience in the metal manufacturing, high performance automotive, and printing industries. Jason is very detail oriented, enjoys working with the customers through the entire design, quote and order process and providing great customer service. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time at the beach or pool with his girlfriend, working on his vintage 1956 Volkswagen bug, traveling, and cheering on The Saints and LSU.

Vince DiBernardo, Sign Department / Copy Center Specialist
Vince has been in the printing industry since 1975, and with Del Mar Blue for the last 22 years. Vince enjoys camping and motocross riding with his son Douglas and his daughter Isabel.

Cephus Epling, Sign Department / Graphic Design
Cephus has worked at Del Mar Blue since 2004. Hired as a driver, he quickly moved over to graphic design/offset department using his AA degree in digital arts. He is responsible for offset prepress, digital printing and customer’s custom graphic design needs. He’s also the proud new father of identical twin girls, Olivia & Erika, and enjoys every moment watching them grow. His hobbies include collecting & mixing vinyl records, sports of all kind, including the ever-frustrating game of golf, movies & art.
