This feature lets you invite bidders, track who has bid, and receive bid documents, in a sealed, secure manner. Our online planroom can be used to distribute your plans as downloadable PDF files, and your bidders can also order printed plans.
All bidding documents are sealed until the bid deadline date.
Gone are the days of setting up face-to-face bid meetings, and accepting bid documents via certified mail. You can now schedule video bid meetings over Zoom or Skype and have the links on your planroom project. We will assign a bid manager within your company or municipality that can only download bid documents once the bid deadline date has been reached.
